SPS provides consultation, training and education to enhance the quality of student life and student mental health on campus. We provide outreach workshops at various locations throughout campus during the academic year to address common student concerns (e.g., sleep disruption & deprivation, procrastination, perfectionism, stress management) and to provide a personal introduction to SPS services outside of our offices. <click here for current workshop information> We provide training and assistance for the campus community in identifying students at risk, and in developing strategies and programs to promote students’ psychological wellness and success. Topics routinely covered include: |
